From Wichita, Kansas, Kara Kramer, ARPN, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at the Institute for Hormonal Balance in Arlington and Prosper, Texas. 

Kara is a bioidentical hormone specialist who loves creating treatment plans that help her patients look and feel their best. She aims to empower her patients to take control of their health by providing them with the support, guidance, and tools they need to reach their goals. 

Kara completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. She then worked in the clinical setting for several years before returning to school, earning her Master of Science in nursing at Wichita State University in Wichita. 

She’s a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Kara is also a certified BioTe® provider.

Kara lives in Haslet, Texas, with her husband, Travis, and two children, Joey and Khloe. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and living life at the lake.
