First time having testosterone pellets inserted through the Institute for Hormonal Balance. The office was clean and organized. Every step from making the appointment to receiving the required patient intake paperwork has been seamless. I had testosterone pellets inserted by Kylie Bunner, DNP. She did a phenomenal job. I barely noticed the injection for the local anesthetic and the insertion was painless. So far no post procedure discomfort. I am so glad that I found this office. I would recommend without reservation. A++++
