I couldn't be more grateful for this practice. Dr. Cotten has been more than a physician, she has been an advocate for my health for many years. I came for the hormone pellets several years ago and they have changed my life, but regular blood work and overall health evaluation has kept me on track in every area of my health, not just the hormones. As a women we are taught that feeling fatigued and a loss of interest for the things we love are a normal part of aging. That is a lie! I believed it for far too long. I had a hysterectomy at 28 and I haven’t been the same since. My regular Doctor told me I was fine, and all my symptoms were “normal”. I found IHB and for the first time in more than a decade I feel alive! IHB tests all your levels. They test for things I didn’t know existed. And because of their attention to detail I found out what my body was no longer producing naturally. We came up with an affordable plan that worked for me. Everything was explained in detail upfront. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Mandy rocks! I can be like a toddler in a doctor’s office, but she quickly put my mind at ease. I opted for the bio identical pellet. I don’t even know it’s there. And it works! Along with the rest of my recommended treatment, I started to notice a difference the first week. I’ve been singing their praises for months now, and will continue to do so. My husband has even agreed to making an appointment for himself.

I had seen a lady I follow on Facebook go through her journey of loosing weight and getting help with her hormones. Which I was really surprised at the awesome help she was getting from Dr. Cotten. I decided to stop by and check it out and got to meet her. Made an appointment and it has been close to six months that I have been coming to her. First of all she really listens to all the issues you are going through. We have had to take it step by step but she is getting me to feel better and I am loosing weight. Amazing staff ! Dr. Cotten goes above and beyond to help her patients and you feel like a real person not just a number to her. I live close by the office and am kicking myself for just driving by and never stopping knowing I had Hormone issues after my hysterectomy.

Everything went fine but I've got a problem that concerns me. I used the pump today for the first time like the paperwork said, and now my entire penis Is as red as a plum. There's no discomfort but the blood-red color worries me. I wish the Dr. would call me tomorrow about this. 817-690-9669
